Who is this for?
This free 12-week programme is for adults (18+) who are living with physical or mental health challenges, including injury, chronic pain, disability, or emotional distress. It’s especially for those feeling left behind by mainstream fitness spaces.
What’s involved?
Each session combines gentle strength work, mobility rehab, breathwork, and accessible yoga. It’s not about pushing limits — it’s about rebuilding safely, gaining confidence in your body, and being supported by others on a similar journey.
When & Where?
Tuesdays at 10am starting on 1st July for the first 6 weeks, followed by a 4 week break, returning on the 9th September for a further 6 weeks at Inner Guru in Liverpool. Small groups. Safe space. Real support.
What do we ask in return?
Just that you show up, give it a go, and share a little feedback each week so we can grow and improve the project. If it works for you, there’s an option to stay involved afterwards through mentoring or community activities.
How to apply:
Participants must commit to attending at least 10 out of 12 sessions. Spaces are limited. This eligibility and commitment form must be completed before joining.
