Liverpool, UK – The Inner Guru CIC is celebrating five whole powerful years of community healing, empowerment, and holistic wellbeing with a vibrant Open Day and Evening Celebration on Saturday 26 July 2025 at its Walton Rd Centre.

Since opening in 2020, Inner Guru has become a vital community wellness space, offering accessible support to individuals and families across Liverpool and the North West. This celebration is a heartfelt invitation to come and experience what Inner Guru is all about.

🎶 EVENING CELEBRATION: CACAO, MUSIC & DANCE

The day will end with an uplifting evening gathering:

•Cacao Ceremony & Live Music with the soul-stirring Aimee Lea Frances

  • Kundalini Dance with Andrea (Bodhana Awakening Arts)

•Followed by a DJ set from Lewis aka “The Medman”, inviting everyone to dance, connect and celebrate

To keep this event inclusive and community-led, all offerings are donation-based:

•Full Day Pass – £15 suggested donation (all sessions + sauna/ice access)

•Drop-In Sessions – £5 suggested donation per session

•Evening Celebration Only from 8pm – £20 ticket

•Full Day + Evening Pass – £30 total (discounted)

No one will be turned away for lack of funds – everyone is welcome to join in however they can.

• Breathwork with Sammy (Breath with Sammy)

• Yin & Flow Yoga with Dasha (My Body Therapy UK)

• Sound Bath with Lesley (Echoes of the Earth)

• Kundalini Yoga with Andrea (Bodhana Awakening Arts)

Guests can also enjoy the newly installed Swedish Sauna and Ice Bath, encouraging exploration of alternative therapies that enhance mental and physical wellbeing.
