Lucy is a fully qualified children and adult yoga teacher.
Lucy’s teaching journey began when she completed her children’s yoga training (YogaBears) in 2018, before going on to complete her 200hr Vinyasa Flow training in 2019.
Lucy’s Little Yogi classes are to help encourage the adolescents of tomorrow, develop into strong, happy, and healthy individuals. Lucy is passionate about guiding children and will teach them a variety of yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation, designed to holistically support children in their development. This is to help enable children to find their purpose and strong sense of self, in today’s rapidly changing world.
Classes will consist of breathing techniques, yoga postures, relaxation and meditation, fun, games & arts and crafts. The sessions are about creating a fun yet relaxing safe space, where children can tap into their own inner voice, allowing them to shine their own little lights.
